These Leaderboard Tournament & Prize Draw Rules (the “Rules”) govern the Fatal Frontier 1869 Leaderboard Tournament and associated prize draw (the “Promotion”), sponsored by Paydirt Games, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Sponsor”).

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Participation in skill-based real-money gold prospecting gameplay within Fatal Frontier 1869 is not available to residents of the following U.S. states: Delaware, Michigan, Louisiana, Tennessee, and Montana. Residents of these states may not prospect for gold grains worth real money or appear on the in-game Leaderboard. However, residents of these states remain fully eligible to participate in the Promotion by using the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) described in these Rules. Eligibility for the prize does not require gameplay, payment, or leaderboard participation.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on April 3, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on April 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Promotion Period”).

3. THE LEADERBOARD (SKILL-BASED, NO PRIZE VALUE)

During the Promotion Period, Sponsor will maintain an in-game Leaderboard displaying the Top 50 players (“Pioneers”) ranked by the total number of gold grains obtained while prospecting in Fatal Frontier 1869.

Leaderboard rankings are:

- determined solely by in-game skill and performance
- updated periodically during the Promotion Period
- provided for entertainment, recognition, and prestige only

Leaderboard placement does not guarantee a prize and does not increase a participant’s odds of winning any prize.

4. METHODS OF ENTRY (NO PURCHASE REQUIRED)

Participants may enter the Promotion by either of the following methods. Both methods provide an equal chance of winning. Gameplay access and prize draw entry are separate, and the availability of gameplay in a participant’s state does not affect eligibility to enter or win the prize draw.

A. LEADERBOARD QUALIFICATION (GAMEPLAY)

Participants who:

- create a verified Fatal Frontier 1869 account, and
- appear in the Top 50 positions on the Leaderboard at the end of the Promotion Period

will receive one (1) entry into the prize draw.

For clarity:

- purchases made within the game relate only to gameplay access
- purchases do not constitute entry into the prize draw
- gameplay does not improve odds of winning the prize

B. ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)

Participants may enter the prize draw without gameplay or purchase by submitting an entry through the official Alternative Method of Entry web page located at:

Entrants must complete all required fields on the form, including full legal name, email address, mobile phone number, mailing address, date of birth, and state of residence. Entrants submitting an Alternative Method of Entry are required to provide a valid mobile phone number for purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, and winner notification only. Providing a mobile phone number does not constitute consent to receive marketing or promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply if SMS is used for winner notification.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

All eligible AMOE entries will receive the same odds of winning as entries obtained through Leaderboard qualification.

5. PRIZE & PRIZE DRAW

At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, Sponsor will conduct a random draw from all eligible entries received via both methods.

One (1) prize will be awarded:

• One (1) gold bar or gold coin(s), at Sponsor’s discretion, with an approximate retail value of USD $4,999 at the time of procurement.

Actual value may vary due to market conditions. No substitution or transfer is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Leaderboard placement does not increase odds of winning.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified by email on or about May 3, 2026 and announced on FatalFrontier.com.

The potential winner must respond and provide any requested verification information within ten (10) days of notification. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. TAXES

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC as required by law.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the Promotion, violates these Rules, or engages in conduct Sponsor deems unfair, fraudulent, or disruptive.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control compromise its integrity.
