1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW

The First Strike Promotion is offered by Paydirt Games Inc. (“Paydirt Games”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) to thank early players who register for Fatal Frontier 1869 during the official launch period.

Eligible participants will automatically receive a package of in‑game benefits upon successful account creation in the Paydirt Games Launcher application, available to download for Windows PC devices.

By participating in this promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy governing Fatal Frontier 1869.

No purchase is required to receive the promotional rewards.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on March 15, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on April 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Promotion Period”).

Accounts created after the Promotion Period will not be eligible for promotional rewards.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for the promotion, participants must:

• Successfully create a game account (“Account”) from within the downloadable Launcher during the Promotion Period.
• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age required in their jurisdiction.
• Comply with the Fatal Frontier 1869 Terms of Service.
• Not be located in jurisdictions where participation in skill‑based games is restricted or prohibited.

Paydirt Games reserves the right to verify eligibility and may restrict participation based on geographic location, regulatory requirements, or payment processing limitations. The promotion is void where prohibited by law.

Only one Account per individual person is permitted. Paydirt Games may use automated or manual methods to detect duplicate accounts, including device identifiers, IP addresses, payment instruments, or other technical signals.

4. PROMOTIONAL REWARDS

Eligible players will receive the following in‑game rewards upon account creation:

• 1 Day (24 hours) Free Prospector’s Pass
  Allows the player to prospect for gold for a total of twenty four (24) hours starting from account creation.

• 80 Claims
  Each Claim represents the right to prospect a single parcel of land in the 19th‑century landscape of Alaska in order to search for gold within the game.

• 1,200 Greenbacks
  Greenbacks are an in‑game currency used to obtain gameplay items such as pioneer characters, equipment, supplies, and survival tools.

Rewards are normally credited immediately after Account creation but may take up to 24 hours to appear in a player’s Account.

The approximate retail value of these promotional rewards is USD $49 based on the standard in‑game store pricing at the time of the promotion.

5. REWARD CONDITIONS

Promotional rewards are non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, and may not be redeemed or withdrawn for cash outside of gameplay mechanics.

Rewards may only be used within Fatal Frontier 1869 and are subject to the normal gameplay rules and systems of the game.

Promotional rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money except through the game’s defined mechanics where applicable.

Promotional rewards do not guarantee the discovery of gold or any financial outcome. Gameplay results depend on player skill and other gameplay factors.

6. ABUSE AND FRAUD

Paydirt Games reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of:

• Abuse or exploitation of the promotion
• Creation of multiple accounts
• Fraudulent activity
• Manipulation of game systems or promotional mechanics

Promotional rewards may be removed if Accounts are found to violate the Terms of Service.

Any attempt to exploit the promotion may result in account suspension or termination.

7. MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION

Paydirt Games reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time if necessary due to technical issues, legal requirements, regulatory obligations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paydirt Games shall not be responsible for:

• Technical issues affecting Account creation or reward delivery
• Lost, delayed, or corrupted data
• Service interruptions
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the promotion.

9. GOVERNING TERMS

Participation in this promotion is also subject to:

• The Fatal Frontier 1869 Terms of Service
• The Fatal Frontier 1869 Privacy Policy

In the event of a conflict between these promotional terms and the general Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

10. NO GUARANTEE OF EARNINGS

Fatal Frontier 1869 is a skill‑based entertainment product. Participation in this promotion does not guarantee the discovery of gold, financial gain, or any monetary outcome.
